At Peoplescout, I created a digital training and product information library to help prospects, clients, and internal team members optimally utilize the company’s digital recruiting software suite, Affinix.
Affinix is a software stack compiled of several hiring applications that provide AI-powered candidate sourcing, live and on-demand video interviewing, and customizable CRM instances to organize contacts. Since the Affinix suite is such a new innovation, I was brought on to produce multimedia assets and administer training webinars in order to articulate Affinix’s user and market value.
I created Affinix assets based on immediate business need, and worked closely with Sales and Client Success leadership to produce videos and documentation that leveraged Affinix’s most impactful value propositions based on market environment.
For example, the video below is an overview of Affinix’s digital interview management tool. At the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, Peoplescout leadership wanted to emphasize how Affinix empowered companies to maintain their hiring operations while still complying with social distancing guidelines.
As such, I produced this video for Sales leaders to quickly show prospects all the remote interviewing and candidate management functionality that the tool offers.
When I joined the Affinix Client Success team, our top priority was training existing Affinix users how to complete all of their daily recruiting tasks in the software suite’s new CRM. To do this, I created a user guide and a series of process-specific tutorial videos. Here’s an example:

Chatbot Integration with the Affinix Training Library
As I produced new Affinix training materials and expanded the software suite’s reference library, I simultaneously developed a chatbot that would help users locate user guides and tutorial videos on Peoplescout’s intranet site.
